Lubrication system failure: abnormal pressure, oil leakage in various parts of the oil pipe, high oil temperature, oil leakage in the contact surface of each part, abnormal engine noise, loose connection screws in each part.
Transmission system failure: Torque converter failure: high temperature, low pressure, oil leakage in each part. Transmission failure: high temperature, low pressure, no car, slow shift response, drive shaft damage. Differential failure, wheel reducer failure, loose connection screws, pipeline oil leakage. Steering operating system: direction sinking, slow lifting, no shovel, no shovel, all kinds of pump, valve failure.
Lifting cylinder failure: all parts of the pipeline oil leakage, all parts of the shovel connecting pin bearing damage, middle hinged bearing pin sleeve damage, shovel wear, all parts of the connection screw loose, joystick shaft sleeve failure.
